Stitching Policy for Sajli Lehengas

General:

  • Outfits on our website are available in bust sizes up to 40-42 inches and waist sizes up to 40-42 inches.
  • If your size exceeds these measurements, please contact us at sajlilehenga@gmail.com, and our customer executives will be happy to assist you.
  • Custom-stitched products cannot be exchanged or returned under any conditions.
  • Most of our products are semi-stitched, so there may be minor irregularities in stitching lines, as they are intended for final adjustments according to individual body measurements.
  • Some products may come with accessories like tassels (latkans), which may vary slightly due to availability in the market.

Standard Stitching:

  • Every woman's body is unique, so standard-stitched products may not perfectly fit every customer. Standard and semi-stitched garments are made with a general figure in mind.

Custom Stitching:

  • Once sizes are provided, products are immediately sent for stitching, so alterations may not be possible afterward.
  • While we strive to provide the best fit, misfits may occur due to individual tailoring preferences.
  • It is expected that customers make the necessary final adjustments to semi-stitched products for a perfect fit.
